A virtual design experience to reimagine your new space remotely with design drawings, sourcing, material order and fulfillment to effortlessly bring your home to life. Prices start $2,500 and does not include the cost for furniture. For more info see Investment Guide. Deliverables Include: 1. DESIGN BOARDS: Layout options and photos of furniture and styling pieces. 2. CAD SPACE PLAN & ELEVATIONS: 2D + 3D Drawings of your space. 3. SOURCE ITEM LIST: Source list with specifications on items ordered. 4. ORDER FULFILMENT + DELIVERY: Ordering & delivery information for all pieces. SMALL SPACE ($2,500): Office Nook, Butler’s Pantry, Laundry Room, Mudroom, Entry, Nursery, Dining, Nook, Piano Room MEDIUM SPACE ($3,500): Small Living Room, Office/Study, Bedroom, Bathroom, Outdoor Area Theater Room, Dining Room, Kitchenette, Sitting Room, Hobby Room LARGE SPACE ($4,500): Primary Bedroom, Large Living Room, Bonus Room, Home Exterior Patio *PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS SERVICE IS NOT INTENDED FOR KITCHEN AND BATH REMODEL. PLEASE INQUIRE SEPARATELY. ADDITIONAL TERMS: Initial consultation fee will be applied towards the total cost of the services. Client will be required to finalize the design agreement and submit full payment of the services prior to getting started. CANCELATION POLICY: To cancel or reschedule we will need at least 24 hour notice in advance. Initial fee is non-refundable. The initial fee is for the 1-Hr consultation.
