When you purchase through Our Collection, orders are fulfilled by our trade partner, SideDoor. They will handle all of the logistics and delivery of the item(s) purchased.  Their customer support team will contact you directly with any questions regarding your order + "white glove" delivery arrangements.  

Each item is listed at internet minimum advertised price per the specific brand or vendor. Listed prices include the cost for shipping.

No returns or exchanges will be made. (unless damaged in transit)

Inspect all items immediately upon delivery. If a product is damaged, take photographs of the packaging and product and contact us directly via email at sales@linenandorchid.com We will coordinate with our vendor for repair or replacement.
