SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to the terms below, as well as our Terms of Use and Sale and our Privacy Policy (which describes how we collect, use and disclose your data and your consent to such collection, use, and disclosure) and are both incorporated into and are a part of these Subscription Terms.

1. Seasonal Subscriptions

A “Seasonal” Subscription consists of an initial seasonal product box (each, a “Curation” or “Edit”) and an additional seasonal Curation sent out quarterly thereafter – Spring (shipping in March), Summer (June), Fall (September), and Winter (December). Each INSIDER box  contains an assortment of curated pieces mainly of home good accessories selected by Janet Campbell who is the Principal Designer for LINEN + ORCHID.

If you sign up for a Subscription, you will be immediately billed $199 (as a non-refundable minimum purchase) and the next available season’s Curation will be the first Curation you receive. Thereafter, your credit card will be charged $199 up to three weeks in advance of the subsequent seasonal Curation shipment date, and every season (so, four times a year) thereafter. Start Subscriptions automatically renew each “Season” (i.e., calendar quarter) and, unless you timely cancel, you will be charged as described above.

2. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel at any time, subject to the time frames
below. We do not place “holds” on Subscriptions. In order to cancel your Subscription, you must contact us at insider@linenandorchid.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription".  There are no cancellation fees. Cancellations must be effected prior to the billing date of the Subscription renewal, but after receiving the box that was last purchased.  This means that you must cancel before the billing date for the next Season, but after receiving the Season purchased or successfully renewed. 

3. Return Policy

All INSIDER purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not currently accept returns of Curations, and any Box returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund. In the case that your Curation does not arrive or a product is damaged, we must be notified in writing (email will suffice) within four (4) weeks of receiving your tracking information.  If we are not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. Please note that orders may take two (2) weeks to fulfill from the time of shipment.  All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Linen and Orchid Inc.

4. Domestic Shipping and Taxes

INSIDER offers flat fee shipping for $9.99.  Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Boxes are shipped via UPS or USPS priority mail depending on your location. Your Curation may be dropped off at your doorstep without signature confirmation; it is your responsibility to ensure the delivery can be dropped off and left unattended without signing for it upon delivery.

5. International Shipping

We currently do not offer any shipping outside of the United States.

6. Data Transfers

As stated in our Privacy Policy we may transfer your billing information to our third-party payment processors, other service providers, and certain trusted third parties.  We also may share your Personal Information with third parties for our marketing, commercial and advertising purposes, subject to your opt-out and other rights as set forth in our Privacy Policy.
